Announcements and checks, all dated

What the operator has announced, when this site last verified it, and which community signals carried weight. Nothing undated survives here.

Official

Official announcements on the record

The operator's announcement archive is short and dated to the minute, which makes it the most citable surface the brand runs. The five entries standing on 10 October 2026: the Halloween festival published 9 October 2026, EU duty-free line updates from July 2026, the €3 per-parcel EU customs arrangement announced June 2026, US tax-free routes from April 2025, and the sign-up coupon announcement of 22 September 2024 that still anchors the ticker.

Reading tip learned the slow way: the list view hides the year, so an old entry can read as fresh. Open the detail page, which timestamps fully, before treating any promotion as live.

Specimen

The October campaign, as a specimen

The Halloween announcement of 9 October 2026 is worth dissecting once, because every seasonal campaign here shares its anatomy: a sitewide shipping subsidy with its own date range, a coupon pack behind code KAKOHALLOWEEN with percentage and fixed-amount coupons under different conditions, a flash-sale window, and a referral programme with tiered bonuses, non-withdrawable by its own rules.

The durable lesson is the structure, not the percentages: subsidies expire on stated dates, voucher minimums read pre-discount, and referral rewards stay inside the account. Any future campaign can be read against this template in about two minutes.

The customs notices, read as a pair

The official EU customs announcement explaining the three euro per parcel arrangement

The two EU entries are easy to misread as one announcement, and they are not. The June 2026 notice explains the regulatory change itself: the removal of the low-value duty exemption and a per-category fixed charge, with the operator subsidy capping it at a flat figure for a whole parcel regardless of how many categories it contains, folded into the shipping cost at submission. The July 2026 notice is a separate commitment that the duty-inclusive EU lines continue, taxes and duties inside the quoted price, with any additional customs charge absorbed by the operator.

Both notices carry their own escape clause, a plain sentence reserving the right to end the arrangement with notice. That sentence is why these pages print the announcement dates rather than describing the arrangement as permanent.

The US entry is older, April 2025, and more modest: tax-free routes offered at roughly five to ten dollars above the postal baseline, in the operator own framing. It has outlived several seasonal campaigns, which is itself information about which announcements are policy and which are weather.

Community feedback, weighed

The official community and Discord are useful places to read buyer accounts, but posting can be rewarded under the points programme. Compare dates, routes and item context, and distinguish incentivised reports from independently described experiences.

The patterns that still read true across community posts in 2026: inspection catches variant errors and misses quality nuance, which matches the published scope; freight quotes move and nobody's screenshot binds the estimator; and storage deadlines surprise people who filtered their email. None of that contradicts the operator's pages; it confirms which lines of them bite.

Last updated, and the standing check

This local edition was revised on 15 October 2026 using policy and interface captures dated 10 October. The official buying sequence was separately checked on 15 October. This is a dated guide, not a live monitor of prices, app releases or policies. Send a source correction when an official page changes.

Before acting on a dated notice, the shortest self-serve check is the announcement archive plus the coupon shelf in your own account: check the actual eligibility, expiry and checkout result rather than inferring that an offer is active because an old announcement remains online.
